I’ve been putting off posting this for months because I keep finding more awesome workouts! I hope you guys find this helpful and have fun trying out all these great workouts. May you burn lots of calories, sweat buckets, and look hot :)

I did this kickboxing workout just now and it kicked my butt. I have gotten so uncoordinated! I’m going to start incorporating these kinds of workouts into my routine. I think running and elliptical isn’t challenging me enough. Variety is key. 

If anyone else knows where I can get kickboxing routines online please let me know! 

Now time to shower…maybe get some coffee and take my midterm.

Reblogging this because it has excellent potential to kick my butt in the winter, when the roads are too crappy for running/walking and I will need a good workout that can be done in my tiny apartment space. I’ve never seen a kickboxing workout before and didn’t think I’d like it, but this actually looks like fun. And like it would kick my butt.

I did! I did! And I also bought real running paraphernalia, pretending like I&#8217;m a real runner. (I feel like such a poser.) But it was fun and tomorrow I&#8217;ll run a little more, because hopefully it won&#8217;t be 85º out when I hit the road.
